Who can become a member of DIAC? As an Industry Association, DIAC members are companies - not individual practitioners. To be eligible for DIAC membership, an organization's scope of business must fall into one of the following categories: Commercial Dental Laboratory

2024-2025 Annual Membership Fees Effective July 1 2024 - June 30, 2025 Membership fees are calculated based on the size of the member company as determined by annual Canadian dental revenue dollars < $2 million annual Canadian revenue or not-for-profit: $867 plus HST > $2 to <$5 million annual Canadian revenue: $1,734 plus HST > $5 to <$10 million annual Canadian revenue: $3,467 plus HST > $10 to <$20 million annual Canadian revenue $5,201 plus HST > $20 to <$40 million annual Canadian revenue $6,934 plus HST > $40 to <$60 million annual Canadian revenue $8,668 plus HST > $60 million annual Canadian revenue: $11,557 plus HST The Membership Committee reviews the fee structure of the Association on an annual basis and makes a recommendation to the Board of Directors for approval of fees each fiscal year.
