DIAC's 2026 Annual General Meeting (covering the financial year ending June 30, 2026) is scheduled for November 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET. The meeting will be held in-person attendance at the Toronto Airport Marriott Hotel.

Key Details:

• Advance online registration is required.
• Free to attend for members, $299 for non-members
• $199 early bird special for non-members — until September 30, 2026
• Member companies in good standing may send as many representatives as they wish, but only one representative is allowed to vote.
  
• An election will be held to fill open positions on the Board of Directors.
• A social reception will follow the meeting including the inagural Excellence Awards from 5 - 8pm.
