About the Speaker:

Bruce Randall is the Director General of the Medical Devices Directorate (MDD) within the Health Products and Food Branch (HPFB) at Health Canada. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for the evaluation and post-market surveillance of medical devices.  With nearly two decades of experience in health product regulation, Bruce has held senior leadership roles in the areas of pharmaceuticals and natural health products.

He also spearheaded the launch of the Centre for Regulatory Innovation at the Treasury Board Secretariat, advancing cross-government approaches to regulatory experimentation.
