Election Notice for Open Positions on the DIAC Board of Directors There are two (2) open positions. The current Directors with expiring terms are standing for re-election, but nominations for all open positions are encouraged and welcome. Any member in good standing may put forth nominations for any of the two (2) vacancies available. |

Although the Directors with expiring terms are standing for re-election, nominations for all open positions are encouraged and welcome. Any member in good standing may put forth nominations for any of the two vacancies that are available.
Nominations should be submitted via email to Executive Director Hafeeza Bassirullah at hbassirullah@diac.ca by Wednesday, November 5, 2025.
Nominations will not be accepted after the deadline or from the floor on November 19, 2025.
Candidates must understand and be prepared for the time commitment required for DIAC board members, which averages at least 10 hours per month. This includes attending board meetings, participating in committee work, and contributing to project initiatives. As DIAC is a national organization, some travel may be required for events across Canada, with expenses covered by the member company.
